How Much Does Bankruptcy Cost?
I pride myself on providing excellent service to my clients at a fair price. I understand
that my bankruptcy clients are coming to me
because money is tight. By using computer
software and other time saving technology and systems I am able to maintain low overhead, work efficiently, and pass the savings on to my clients.
I have priced my services to be extremely competitive. I charge several hundred less than most
and thousands less than others, while still providing accessability that is hard to find in most law offices.

* More attorney fees may be charged if the case is more complicated for any reason, including but not limited to any of the following reasons: debtor is self employed, owns a business, has excessive income, expenses, assets or liabilities, debtor seeks an expedited "emergency filing," or requires or requests an adversary proceeding. Fees are not arbitrarily raised and any increase will be discussed at the time of the initial consultation or signing of a retainer agreement.
CHAPTER 13
Chapter 13 is unique because the attorney compensation is typically paid in part during the 3 to 5 year payment plan and may actually reduce the amount of money paid to creditors. The standard attorney's fee for most Chapter 13 cases in Utah is $2,750. Your case may be filed for as little as $500 up front, plus costs, depending on the financial situation.
